Small-scale home preparation

This is small-scale home-based food preparation for direct orders by individuals, friends and families.

Allergens and handmade variation

The home kitchen handles wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, legumes and other allergens. Products described as eggless are made without egg ingredients, but people with severe allergies should speak with Jasmine before ordering. Appearance, colour, size and yield may vary between handmade batches.

Order and payment

Submitting the form creates an order request. We currently accept payment by PayNow only. PayNow the displayed total to 9295 4065, then WhatsApp a screenshot of the successful payment with your order reference. An order remains unconfirmed until Jasmine verifies availability and payment. This notice does not limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Collection and use of personal data

When you place an order, we may collect your name, contact number, email address, delivery address and other information reasonably required to process and fulfil the order. This information is used only for order confirmation, payment verification, preparation, delivery or collection, customer support, security, recordkeeping and resolving issues connected with your purchase.

Retention of personal data

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for order-related purposes or for legitimate legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security and dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer reasonably required, we will cease retaining it or remove the means by which it can be associated with an individual. Where possible, identifying information will be deleted or anonymised while necessary transaction records are retained.

Payment

Payment screenshots are used only for payment verification, order processing, accounting, resolving payment discrepancies and reasonably related administration. Because payment is made directly through PayNow, we do not collect or store credit-card or debit-card details.

Sharing of personal information

We do not sell or trade customers' personal information. Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to fulfil an order, such as providing the relevant name, contact number and delivery address to a delivery service provider, or where disclosure is required by law.

Marketing communications

Information supplied for an order will not automatically be used for future promotional or marketing communications. If customers are offered a choice to receive promotions, communications will be sent according to the consent provided and applicable Singapore requirements. Consent for marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile in Invisible mode to help prevent automated spam. Turnstile may process security signals for this purpose; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Access, correction and privacy enquiries

To ask about your personal information, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable, please contact Jasmine by WhatsApp. We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
